Hi guys and girls, I count on you!,
i recently installed my new fireface under windows xp.
i downloaded the latest drivers and even did a flash update.
then i installed my beloved Logic Platinum 5.5 and it either does not find my Vst Instruments, or, if it does after having played arround with the buffer size, it wont play them withuot heavy cracking.
i never had any latency problems because the system is pretty good optimized for audio.
it just seems to be the asio- driver.
if i try the full duplex mode the whole system goes to its knees. (cry!)
I tried it under cubase sx and there are no problems at all.
Since i (fire)face this problem since 72h now without getting any wiser, you are my last solution.
please let me know if anyone had similar problems.

1GB
matrox g550
fireface 800
m-audio pro 88
